911-DRY

My carpets may be 14 years old, but after being cleaned by 911 Dry, they look almost new again - and I have pets! I would recommend them without hesitation!

Lance and his team have been great. They quickly mitigated the water issues in the kitchen, and, importantly, have worked with the insurance company and its requests, in order to keep the project moving.

They are great: responded very quickly, available to do the emergency work and damaged flooring demolition, next is all new flooring . Crew worked so hard and were pleasant, considerate, helpful, very skilled and competent, mindful of managing dust and fall-out by protecting light fixtures etc. Lance really does what he says he will: quick response to calls and texts, follows up when he says he will, personable and professional, a great general contractor for me. And he has been great working with my home insurance claims manager. I feel fortunate my hard work to find the right company was so successful.

Lance was very attentive right from the start. Calm and reassuring. Went to work right away removing extensive water damage. He and his crew work very hard and worked well together.
