We had flooding in our bathroom in August 2020 and 911-dry was out within an hour of calling. Lance walked us through the insurance process, which was incredibly helpful since this was our first time ever making a home insurance claim. He had workers out to our home right away to take care of the immediate damage and make sure that everything was safe and accounted for. Once the claim went through, our project manager Chris was right out, helping us through the process of pretty much redesigning most of our home. They were patient, accommodating, and professional throughout our remodel process, and especially given the restraints of the pandemic, all of the workers were kind, safe, and respectful of our work-from-home schedules and environment.
