I had a carpet cleaning emergency and Lance came to the rescue! I called, he scheduled a cleaning for the very next day. He was at my house on time and ready to work. It was the second time i've used him and he is now my go to guy for my carpets. I give his business cards to everyone I know. Use him you'll be happy you did.

Lance arrived on time. He was professional from beginning to end. He has the best and latest equipment, and he knows what to look for and how to resolve carpet issues. Lance from 911-DRY called me in about 6 or 7 minutes of my online inquiry. He was friendly, professional and was able to book an appointment with my husband and me within a few days.
He sent an email to confirm the appointment immediately, one the day before and also the day of.
He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and told us in detail what he would do.
