I am very disappointed with the service I have endured from 911-Dry. They did a great job removing the flooring in my downstairs damaged by a leaking hot water heater. On 9/30, I gave Lance a check for $5,156.79 for restoration of the downstairs. He told me he would complete the work soon. That is the last time I heard from him. I have called him on his cell phone at 360 820 6754, everyday for three weeks, without success. I always get his answering machine. He has not responded to my daily messages. I am going to have to find a contractor to repair the damage to my downstairs and go to court to recover my money. I have been unable to use my downstairs, and my son is living in my garage. Beware of 911-Dry LLC: Fraudulent Practices and Harassment

Our experience with 911-Dry LLC was a disaster. We hired them for water damage restoration, and their conduct was unprofessional, unethical, and even harassing.

Violation of RCW 18.27.114:
911-Dry LLC began work without providing a legally required written estimate for contracts over $1,000. Their website advertises "FREE Estimates," yet we received none before they started working. When the estimate finally came, it was excessively inflated, leaving us blindsided.

Harassment:
On July 9, 2024, nearly a year and a half after their initial 3 hours of demo work on March 23, 2023, owner Lance Tone showed up at our house unannounced. 911-DRY was a lifesaver for our Family. A guest flooded the powder room and caused damage to the maple flooring as well as the ceiling below.
However, the worst part was having to deal with the insurance company. We had a difficult time navigating all the parameters the insurance company sets. Lance and PJ dealt with the insurance company so we didn't have to.

Lance and his professional crew came immediately after we called to start the necessary sewage clean up. They did a wonderful job. After the clean up, Lance recommended where to start looking at flooring and was so efficient in establishing all the steps that will be necessary to restore our home.

My 99 year old grandma has been waiting several weeks for restoration work to be complete. (She's 99, it's not like she has all the time in the world to deal with things that should not take this long). My sister is her representative in this issue, and she has called several times to ask a time frame of when my grandmas bathroom will be fixed, no response. This is poor service and I'm sorry I told my sister to use this place because of their 5 star rating. I hope this one star rating review helps the next guy make a smart choice for their water damage. Not impressed, call my sister back. Put my grandmas toilet back, or we will have to call someone else. Also answer your phone, you're halfway through a project, that's bad business of the customer can't even get a hold of you. Also I called and you haven't called ME back yet either... still waiting. 911 Dry is an amazing company, from the owner, Lance to PJ, Chris and staff! When I called for help on a Saturday the response was immediate.

It was so stressful to have a toilet overflow and ruin the hardwoods and ceiling below. Lance and the support staff took care of the physical damage along with helping us work out a settlement from the insurance company.

I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond in making a disastrous situation manageable.
