Absolutely the best

We hired Dragon Pool Services to take care of our pool while we were on extended vacation. Giovanni did such a great job and our pool was perfect when we arrived home. It was so good we plan to hire them for regular maintenance and spring cleaning. Wonderful family and company!

We’ve been working with Giovanni and team for a while now and they have been phenomenal. Recently we had them replace the mastic around the pool area and their attention to detail and clean up was great! I love that they’re local Southlake grads with hustle and dedication. I can’t recommend them enough!

We have terminated a number of pool companies partly because of poor
quality cleaning but largely because of a lack of communication. DPS has been very different. Questions in email, text or in person are promptly and thoroughly answered. The weekly service is mostly routine but never seems like it. As small business owners ourselves, I see the value in how Dragon responds. At the end of the day, we all just want be heard. They do a good job of acknowledging that.

I found dragon on internet after going through 4 pool company. Giovanni came and went over problem with pool, fixed all chemical problem and help me with equipment problem . Wish I could give them six stars! Old fashioned excellent customer service. I called their number which was actually answered by a human. Then another human came to my home the very next day. The guy was great... very, very knowledgeable... did extra. I didn't even know that my pool cleaner wasn't working properly until he showed me. Then he showed me how to take it apart and fix it. Didn't even charge me even though that wasn't in the original scope of work. Just can't brag about them enough. Everyone should call Dragon Pool Services!
