It is never my intention to leave a bad review unless I feel it is warranted and in this case Conejo restoration I called for a water damage mold quote was a complete nightmare of mishaps and unprofessionalism in my subjective opinion. In a nutshell charged $231.73 non-refundable to try and lock you in. Promised a window to arrive and did not arrive until 1 hour 15 min late inconveniently effecting my time and plans due to their mixup fo going to wrong place first. Arrived and soent maybe 20 min not really evaluating the mold much taking some pictures and measurements, When quote arrived pictures sent were from another house and unprofessional others of his arm showing moisture reading and my wife working at her desk nothing of the damage I needed. Scott charged me again for service call of $207.19 in quote after already billing me for wasted visit. Kept saying had to take furniture...

I had a solid experience with Conejo Restoration. Removing water damage with mold is not cheap so talking with Michelle about their quote and the work that needed to be done was extremely helpful. Thank you Michelle! They moved quickly to come out and asses the situation and provide a quote and also referred me to a company for testing which is required before they do any work. Highly recommended!

Conejo went above and beyond in taking care of my situation (flooding that caused all my wood floors to need to be replaced and all my walls repainted). I know nothing about this stuff and they were there every step of the way to help me make decisions and offer reassurance. Can’t recommend them enough!
