It is entirely safe to say that it is difficult to come up with words to describe our appreciation for our experience with all the folks at Conejo Restoration. These people are consummate professionals. They know their business completely. They came in and explained everything that needed to be done clearly, and proceeded to get it done. They provided excellent advice and guidance and were there for us every step of the way. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what they were required to do. The people that they referred us to for subtasks were equally qualified. Add to this the fact that they were invariably polite, supportive and some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Conejo Restoration was extremely responsive and professional in helping clean up after a laundry room flood. We had dealt with another company prior and after having Conejo Restoration in to provide a second opinion, I felt very reassured. Scott came in and was very straightforward, walked me through the process and details and stuck to his word. The crew that followed was quick, clean and efficient. These folks are absolutely the best! I recently had the misfortune of experiencing a water damage issue in my condo, at the recommendation of my HOA, it was suggested we work with Conejo Restoration. And I'm glad we did. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. After assessing the water damage in my specific situation, Scott explained each step of the remediation process and the next morning the onsite supervisor, Casey, and his crew immediately began working methodically to resolve ALL the issues in the affected areas; leaving things in BETTER shape than it was originally. :-) Read more >
