Ordered yard signs thru them 3 days go by hear nothing call in they say they sent the proof over never did. So I paid a extra fee for expedited processing they say around 24 hrs should be done waiting almost 2 days heard nothing called in said they would have them made today which was a Friday and they would deliver them to my home for the inconvenience. Never ended up showing up on Friday to deliver them mind you I needed them for an event over the weekend and of course they are closed on the weekend get ahold of them Monday get some lame excuse the delivery driver forgot he had them and was supposed to deliver them and had to pick family up from the airport and it slipped his mind yeah bs. I’ve used this company numerous times since they moved went down hill I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND terrible service

Purchased hats for Veterans Day. It’s been 2050 hours since I ordered, or over 100 days. Terrible customer service. If you call them, you talk to an answering service that has no idea what’s going on. You ask them to check in on things, but they never call you back. There’s no point in emailing them either. They say they’ll look into it, but then never respond until you follow up again.
