I really like FreedomSoft so far, but I am still learning the system. The one thing I don’t love is everything costs extra, like getting a phone number, setting up voicemail and getting recordings. I’m new to the business, so I don’t have income coming in yet, and I feel that I have nickel and dime expenses that I wasn’t ready for. I wish there was a 60 trial period on the phone number, voicemail and recording costs, but still pay the monthly fee. Read more >

I love all that Freedomsoft has to offer, it is great to have everything integrated. However I wish there were no extra charges for everything once inside. I also wish the dialer was a little more advanced to do multiline dialing for our VA. Also the SMS could have some improvements to be more AI like. Read more >
