I couldn’t believe it. I dropped of my pressure washer on Wednesday then on Thursday they called me to pick it up. The repairs were done. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, I had them upgrade a part on my machine. It cost less for them to upgrade it, than if I would have had it put on when I bought it from SWP.
That was the fastest turn around for a repair I have ever had anywhere.

These guys are simply amazing! Paul gave us all the time we needed to understand what they recommended, and why. They patiently worked with us through some design challenges (because of what we were asking for), and finished with an incredible system. Tim really cares about the final product and it shows in his attention to detail. A final plug for Ashley :) - she is also very easy to talk to and helpful in the paperwork and customer service side.

All in all, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with 3R!

Totally impressed so far! We met with the guys today to get our new rig set up, and Paul spent a lot of time explaining everything while Tim was working on an older unit that we brought with us. Talk about about service! We can't wait to see the finished product!
