Ed, or as our daughter calls him “uncle Eddy”, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. We knew we’d be in good hands from the first meeting we had with him, and he didn’t disappoint. Ed is very knowledgeable about the whole process, and having the heart of a teacher, he will answer any questions you have, and even ones you didn’t think about, until you’re satisfied and well informed. He is also quite responsive in communication and very accommodating. He helped us craft very compelling offers, but didn’t push us to put offers on houses we didn’t love or to be more aggressive than we’re comfortable with.
