TKS Window cleaning and Powerwashing

Tim came early and had a warm demeanor. After greeting us at the door he started right away on the washing. Our siding is white, and I didn't think it would be a big difference when it was cleaned, but wow! I was floored by the transformation, especially in the high tree contact areas. Looking forward to working with you again. Definitely stellar service, you will not be disappointed.

Our house was in desperate need of cleaning after some construction in the area. I was concerned ( after reading about power washing the exterior,) about damage that could result from power washing. Tim explained his use of a soft wash which was a great relief. He was on time and complete the job beautifully. The place looks great. Can not speak about price as we do not have reference point but to us it was well worth what we paid. We will certainly use TKS again and refer to our neighbors and friends.

Tim did a fantastic job working on cleaning up my properties. He power washed the exteriors and decks and completed the job by thoroughly washing the windows inside and out. I will be sure to call him with the next project!
