TKS Window cleaning and Powerwashing

TKS did a superb job of cleaning our deck. Tim was very responsive when scheduling, professional and friendly at the house, and did an excellent job on the deck. It looks even better than I had hoped! It never looked this good when we did it ourselves. I am planning on having them clean our deck yearly. It was fast, efficient and looks beautiful!

Tim was very responsive. We asked to reschedule due to another home maintenance project, and he was very helpful. Came on the scheduled day on time. When I requested his insurance (in case the house was damaged) he explained his more gentle system of washing, and provided his insurance information. Our house and windows look great--all of the green mold is gone (and there was a lot) and the windows are sparkling. He was very meticulous in the work he did. We are very satisfied.

Tim was great from beginning to end. The customer service and finished product was worth the cost. Will definitely use this company again.

My wife and I built our house 24 years ago and ever since it has gradually turned green on the north side and just dirty on the other parts. I found TKS Window Cleaning and Power Washing on line and gave them a call. Tim was very congenial and up front about what he would do and the cost during our conversation. I had my doubt because a couple of years ago I tried a couple of different products and got little or no results. So I was pleasantly surprised when he was finished. The whole house looked like new siding had been applied. I would recommend Tim and his company to anyone who is experiencing the embarrassment and uncertainty about the condition of their house and what to do about it.

TKS did a fantastic job of cleaning the exterior of my house (vinyl siding, two-story building). Even in some tough-to-reach areas that were covered in spider webs, they were able to thoroughly clean the area. It looks a million times better. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I would use TKS in the future to clean the outside if my house and the deck. I was extremely impressed with how clean everything looked. We had some really dirty areas. It went quickly as well and you couldn’t see any evidence around the house of a mess. My windows weren’t spotted either since I had cleaned them already one a warm day.
