TKS Window cleaning and Powerwashing

Did a great job on our house in prepstation for us having it painted. If we had known it would go so well, we would've had it done a long time ago. Our house was kind of a mess from having grass blown on it from our old lawnmower, and all the grass stains were cleaned off perfectly! He even cleaned out our gutters and did a great job on that too. No complaints at all!

Did a nice job cleaning the 30 year old aluminum siding and windows.

It was a pleasure to have TKS come out for gutter cleaning. The customer service was excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the quality of service. I will be using TKS again.

What a great job Charlie did powerwashing our home! Lots of mold had turned our white gutters black on the outside and looked awful, but after he got done washing they were practically spotless! We never thought that would come off. VERY impressive. He went the extra mile to get every last spot clean. Was very informative, polite and willing to do whatever he needed to do to make the house look just like new, and he DID accomplish that. (Did have the leaves on some of our plants next to the house curl up & turn brown though) Customer service was excellent and got us scheduled within a wk. Rate it as an A+ job

I didn't know how I was going to find the time to get the gutters cleaned. Tim came out while I was at work and did an amazing job. I got the invoice by email, so I didn't miss any part of my normal hectic schedule. None of the plants around the house were damaged. If it wasn't for the clean gutters I would not have been able to tell they were there at all. The gutters are running great now. Will definitely be calling Tim the next time I need work done. It was so easy and a huge relief to have it done so well.

Overall TKS did an excellent job power washing our house and doing the outside windows. However, we did notice that an area above our front door, that is made of wood, lost some of its paint during this process. We did not think the chipping pant was that way before the power washing. The fellow who did the washing said it was. We did notice paint chips on the porch and dislodging from the wood area after the wash was done. Otherwise, we were happy with the work.

Excellent job! Even cleaned the algae off a small fence around the dog area, nice bonus!!!
