TKS Window cleaning and Powerwashing

First off, I would like to say that TKS got my business because they were the only ones to respond to any online quote or contact us form - we are in the digital age and they have that handled, very nice. They cleaned my gutters - scheduled a day very soon after reaching out. They actually had a cancellation and moved my appt up which was fine by me. One of the techs slipped a little while cleaning but they made sure to come and check on the gutter and make things right. Would recommend.

TKS has always done a great job on our gutters. They clean up after themselves so well. They are now starting to do Snow Removal which will be great too. I’m signed up already. Tim is very personable and I always love to work with someone local. Try them out!!

TKS Exterior Cleaning is an outstanding company! Tim, the owner, takes special care to make sure that their staff goes above and beyond to make your home sparkle. His wife, Vicky, personally calls to check on the satisfaction level of the job done. We had the soft cleaning of the exterior of our home done. After their magic, the siding looked amazing. The staff even cleaned our pergola and patio, which hadn't been in the agreement. They effectively cleaned our many windows on all three levels. The staff was polite and efficient. When I noticed some streaking on a few of the windows, I mentioned it in an email. Vicky called immediately to address my concern. She and Tim diligently worked to remedy the slight annoyance. First use of TKS and I am very satisfied. Friendly and cleaned up as if nobody had been here. Bob was very courteous answered all our questions and did a great job. Very efficient service.
