Jim was very professional. He texted a half hour before arriving and arrived as scheduled. He was very considerate of my concerns, as I am very sensitive to chemicals. He called me prior to booking the appointment express the process of the repair to make sure I was informed of the types of products he would be using. I decided to move forward with the repair and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company and their services. Jim had excellent customer service, was friendly, and approachable. A big plus for me was the convenience of them coming to my home.
