I had Jim do a small tear on the panel door of my new infiniti today. i was scared it would be noticeable. I sent Jim pictures and he said he could make it disappear, boy he was not exaggerating. When Jim was done it looked like it was never there. Jim did an amazing job and not only that he took time to explain what he would be doing and gave me his word he would do his best and he did.
