This was a whole new experience for us. We had no clue what was going on so we called service master several times. We spoke to a different person every time we called. We asked a ton of questions and no matter how annoying we were EVERYONE was so nice. They explained every step and kindly and patiently. Wow, could not ask for more professional service. The two techs, Eric & Brady worked amazing. Non stop for over 12 hours, thru the night to midday. Few days later, Eric came to my home to remove all the equipment. My home was 122 degrees😲. I had to continue ask him to stop, cool down. I work totally refer this Service Master any time. If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.
The technicians that came to my house were very nice. And they also were able to work with my schedule. I would totally recommend Service Master to anyone needing their services.
There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.
