How did you feel when you went through the initial consultation? Great. I listened to an interview on a podcast and it was exactly what I was expecting. I prefer that the sales person tailor their pitch according to the level of background knowledge they have with the product. I was able to inform my sales rep what level of understanding I had to avoid having to go through the introductory things and straight to the content and specifics. How did you feel when you went through the production process? Not so great. I knew my case was being worked on but would only get a random email every so often telling me when the team did something. It wasn't like there was any sort of chronological set of steps provided to me that detailed a estimated schedule of events that needed to happen and the respective time frames. I never knew when something was officially completed or not because there was no detailed scope of what needed to be done for each service. I had to be the one that proactively asked what is completed and what all are the steps left on my project, which was not very assuring. Also, I never really knew who to reach out to for a particular question because I would receive emails from different people at the firm when they needed something from me. It would have been nice to know if there was a particular set of folks who were assigned to me, what their job responsibilities are, and the best way to reach each one. I literally am still contemplating whether or not to keep paying the family service monthly fee or change it to the basic corporate compliance because I don't truly see the value of the former when its so difficult to get a question answered. If I'm paying a monthly fee to have complete access to the firm, I would like to know who my dedicated team is to help me feel secure when I have a question. I want to be able to quickly get a question answered when I'm in the middle of a Real Estate deal because time is crucial and I cant afford to wait to hear back from someone random at the firm who doesn't know my situation as closely as the individual who actually handled my paperwork. How do you feel now that your assets are completely protected? I feel a whole lot better because I know the value that a Series LLC brings and it fits perfectly with my portfolio. My only inclination is that I want this to be a long term relationship and have Royal Legal Solutions as my "go to", and I don't particularly feel that way at the moment. Its unfortunate that this is the case but more focus should be put into designing a better customer experience on a personal level rather than purely transactional as it is right now. ... See More
