We contacted One Source Remodeling to redo the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and whole house flooring. Dan Showed up with the mobile showroom which we really was quite impressed with. After going through the samples and picking out some products that we liked we took them in the house to see how they would go with everything else. Once we worked through the project Dan was able to give us a "price right on the spot". We like the price so we asked if he could write us up and let's get the job scheduled. After a few minutes Dan had the agreement ready for us to go over and we signed right up. We really like the payment arrangement that Dan set forth in the paperwork and that made us feel at ease without requiring everything up front. A few weeks later they started our project and within about 4 weeks we were totally done with the remodel project and we couldn't be more happy. All the crews with One Source Remodeling did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them for any remodel project to our friends and family. Thanks again. See More
We had the shower remodeled into a walk in for my husband in a wheel chair, two pocket doors and a new back door installed, and a wheelchair ramp installed in a sunken living room. Everything was done with excellent care and beautiful design. The step in the living room was completely removed and a cement ramp was made, covered with the identical tile in the rest of the house. Ray, Simon, and all the other men worked together to make sure everything was completed perfectly. One Source Remodeling every expectation I had and more. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel their home. See More
We called several companies and we chose One Source for many reasons. They were the only company that had all products on their mobile showroom and was able to give us a quote on the spot. We liked the price so Dan signed us up for our minor kitchen remodel. A few weeks later the kitchen was done to our satisfaction and Ray stoped by several times and made sure all was good. We would definitely use the company again and would recommend them to any one who needs remodeling done in their home. See More
We had Dan out and we love the concept of the mobile showroom. He had everything on it that we liked. It was nice not having to go around to different stores to find all the tile, cabinets and granite to pull our new kitchen together. So we signed up and with a few weeks our old kitchen was demoed and the new one installed. The company removed one wall so now our kitchen is an open concept. We couldn't be more happy. We would recommend Dan and One Source for anything you want to do in your home. See More
We called in several companys to do an update to our home so we could sell it move back east. Once Dan from One Source Remodeling came out we liked his approach and no pressure sales tactics. We signed up with him and scheduled the job. We had new granite countertops installed, installed new carpeting and laminate floors. We also put new frameless shower glass done. The work was done in a timely manner and the crews were great to work with. We would recommend them and definitely use them again if we stayed here. Thanks Dan. See More
I interviewed several contractors before choosing One Source Remodeling to update my house. Ray and his crews demoed my kitchen, removed the soffit ceiling so I could get 42" cabinets installed. I also had him install new tile flooring in the kitchen, master bedroom and both bathrooms. Ray and his crews also removed the old bathtub in the master and hall baths and made the master into a walk-in shower. He also installed a new tub and surround in the hall bathroom. Ray also installed new energy efficient vinyl windows and patio doors in my house. All this work was done in about 5 - 6 weeks. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend One Source Remodeling to anyone who needs similar services. See More
The Indows product comes in several grades which are mostly a difference in thickness. They are designed to essentially be a "third pane" by leaving an air gap between the inside surface of your house window and the Indow insert that is pressed into place by a perimeter of soft silicone type gasket. The Indows are not sound proof, but are rather draft and noise reduction inserts. The Indows are straightforward to insert and remove, but somewhat fiddly in that they fit snuggly--which is necessary for the best seal. You cannot open your windows with the Indows in place, so if you want open windows part of the year, you'll need to remove the Indows and store them. If you plan on having open windows part of the year, I recommend you get their storage covers as the Indows are plastic and can scratch. The Indows do noticeably reduce noise, and without doubt my house is quieter--but one always hears the jets when they fly near my development, just not as loud. When it happens to be quiet outside, your inside will be "library" quiet, but if your outside is particularly noisy, you'll still hear noise, just not as much as you normally would. Ray may have mentioned I live in the Verrado area, which is on the west edge of the noise maps from Luke. Your realtor will have provided you with the noise maps, so you can know what to expect. Depending on where you live in PebbleCreek, you may or may not be on the East edge equivalent to my being on the west edge of the noise map. The Indows are not cheap. You pay extra for the "Acoustic Grade" versions, which are approximately 3/16" thick. Standard Grade is about 1/8" thick. I bought them for both the extra insulation they provide as well as the acoustic dampening. I did my entire upstairs save one small bathroom window I wanted to remain capable of being opened. I have no complaints from Ray's company, and his customer service is excellent. Note, there is a fair amount of custom measurement required, as each Indow is custom fit to each window (and are labeled as such) and not interchangeable. Also, be aware that they need some space between any venetian blinds and the windows themselves. I was fortunate in that I had sufficient space between my wooden venetian blinds and my windows. The Indows slipped into the gap without much difficulty. Ray will check for clearance, but you should make sure everything has adequate space. Michael R. McGuire See More
One source remodeling is focused on quality, expertise, customer satisfaction and excellent service. Brenda in the office is a very caring and responsive individual. They were backed up in work load but she was able to adjust schedules to meet my needs. I had just had back surgery and then broke my leg and i needed a shower installed by converting the bathtub area. She stayed on top of her contractors to make sure the job was done in a satisfactory and proper manner. The result was beautiful and functional. Dan the salesperson brought a trailer with every imaginable sample and his ideas were realistic and very stylish. The only problem I have now is i take much longer showers to enjoy the ambiance. Thanks One Source for your service.
These guys are great. We had an excellent experience. They are all around good genuine people who are caring and attentive to detail. Much respect.
I appreciate seeing your company presence within our local community!!! They partake in the Desert Disciple and truly care about giving back to build up local families & strengthening the community!
One Source did a major remodel of our kitchen and baths. Ray Baxter had fantastic ideas that we incorporated into the design. The workmanship and results far exceeded our expectations. We get a lot of great comments that our kitchen now looks like a model home. They completely remodeled the master bathroom Tore out the old corner bathtub and original shower and built a beautiful, large travertine shower with a nice tile drying bench. Their price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend One Source for any remodeling.
The owners followed up on my issues and took care of everything promptly. We are happy with the finished product and enjoying the kitchen remodel. more
