Never had anyone come to clean out driveway but we were in desperate need of it. Kids would slip whenever it rained. Of course there was debate as to if we could save a few dollars and do it ourselves but eventually decided it just had to be done. Jeff got us in quickly. The guys were fantastic. So kind, so professional and my driveway gleamed! I could not believe how white it was and defiantly not something we could have done ourselves. Ben and Daniel did an excellent job. Ben took the time to answer all our questions and, in my opinion, went above and beyond to ensure a good job and ensure we were happy. They were here to clean our driveway and sidewalks. After they completed the work, we had questions about our pool cage and patio. He took the time to look the area over, gave his recommendations and answered all our questions. We ended up having them pressure clean that as well. We are so pleased with the customer respect and service provided that we plan to use Jacobs every 6 months. Very reasonable price and excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

My two techs arrived on time and did a very thorough job of pressure cleaning my pool enclosure and patio. My wife was impressed that the long downspout running the length of the enclosure was cleaned and all debris between the spout and the screen removed. We continue to be impressed by the quality of their work besides being very friendly.
