American Epoxy Arizona epoxy coated the floor of my ~1000 sqft new built garage. They were straight up, no BS, quoted me a very reasonable /sqft price and delivered on their word. The floor is excellent, I love it!! I am so happy I chose to have them do it vs. doing myself. You can do the research: these guys deliver top end work. DAY 1: They grind (top guys on YT recommend that), prime (also recommended), 100% solids epoxy coat, then full chip coat. Day 2: I had UV block topcoat applied. Its that time of year, so there were quite a few crane flies (those mega mosquito bugs) that decided to commit suicide while the topcoat was drying - the crew came back on a Sunday and took care of it.
